摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented multilayer polyester film which has dimensional stability against humidity change, exhibits low elongation when a load is applied thereto under high temperature conditions and, moreover, exhibits only a suppressed curl. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented multilayer polyester film is made by laminating film layers (A) made of an aromatic polyester (A) and film layers (B) made of an aromatic polyester (B) so as to get to an alternate structure of at least 11 layers, wherein the ratio of 6, 6'-(alkylene dioxy)di-2-naphthoic acid content to the total acid content is less than 5 mol% in the aromatic polyester (A) and is 5 mol% or more and is less than 80 mol% in the aromatic polyester (B) and the peak temperature of tanδon the high temperature side when performing viscoelastic measurement along the film-forming direction is 135°C or more.
