PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating poultice which can be easily peeled off when the heating poultice is stuck to a human body or clothes and used. SOLUTION: The heating poultice is formed of a bag body 1 in which a component generating heat by an oxidation action is accommodated. The heating poultice includes an adhesive surface 2 applied or stuck to one surface of the bag body 1 and a non-adhesive part 3 formed in the adhesive surface 2 and located so as to come into contact with outer edges of the adhesive surface 2. According to the heating poultice, even when the heating poultice is stuck to an inaccessible part such as the back side by the adhesive surface 2, the heating poultice can be easily peeled off by inserting a finger into the non-adhesive part 3.
