A solenoid structure having a resistance element is provided to minimize stopping noise by reducing a stopping time of a rotor within a starter motor. A solenoid structure having a resistance element includes a resistance element(40) of a coil type and a terminal unit(50). The resistance unit of the coil type is connected to a M terminal of a starter motor. The terminal unit has a plurality of forms for connecting the resistance element with the ground. The resistance element is wound around a bobbin of the solenoid(10). The resistance element is wound around a small bobbin. The resistance element is inserted into a hole within a cap switch of the solenoid.
