PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface greening rack device using a wall surface greening support rigid enough to sufficiently support the weight of artificial soil and/or plants growing on the artificial soil when greening the vertically extending outer wall or inner wall of a building, and also safe with respect to earthquake resistance. SOLUTION: The wall surface greening rack device is structured as follows: boxes 17 to be charged with artificial soil are disposed in a space 16 partitioned by truss supports 11 extending along the outer wall surface W of a construction B in a vertical direction Y, and a plurality of bar members 15 set up in a width direction X at prescribed intervals, so as to be supported. Each of the supports 11 includes three bar materials 12a-12c each of the end surface of which positions at each apex of the triangular shape when seen from the vertical direction, and two connection materials 13, 14 connecting the respective bar materials. Each of the connection materials 13, 14 extends in zigzags in a vertical direction, bending parts 13b, 14b at the side of the outer wall surface are bent in a direction parallel to the outer wall surface W to form leg parts facing the outer wall surface, and a plurality of the leg parts are fixed to the outer wall surface W.
