<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit capable of performing offset adjustment in a wide range with high precision. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The differential amplifier circuit 1 includes an offset adjustment circuit for changing an active load in order to adjust offset generated in a differential pair. Moreover, the differential amplifier circuit 1 includes cell portions 21 and 22 for fine tuning composed of a plurality of transistors 31a, 31b, 33a, and 33b of the same size and cell portions 23 and 24 for shifting composed of a plurality of transistors 35a, 35b, 37a, and 37b larger in size than the transistors 31a, 31b, 33a, and 33b of the cell portions 21 and 22 for fine tuning.
