PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box with a displaying strip which has a natural appearance and a wide area of a design space to be printed with a description of a commodity, and on which the description of the commodity can be freely seen without damaging the box body before opening. SOLUTION: The packaging box with the displaying strip consists of a box body forming piece 12 integrally punched from a sheet of blank sheet. The box body forming piece 12 has an upper face 14, a front face 16, a bottom face 18, a back face 20 and a pasting piece 32 continuously connected with each other, and is equipped with a hanging piece 72 standing upward and a displaying strip 78 connected to the upper end part of the hanging piece 72, folded back to the back face of the hanging piece 72 and extended downward longer than the hanging piece 72. The displaying strip 78 is printed, and the hanging piece 72 and the displaying strip 78 are stuck together and equipped with through-holes 76 and 82 communicating with each other.
