PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat control device can reset the angle of a back rest of a seat and the position of the seat without requiring operation by an occupant. SOLUTION: When it is detected that a door 23a is in the opened state by an opening/closing detection part 13a, an angle of the back rest 21m of the seat 21a is detected by an angle detection part 15a. When the back rest 21m is inclined so as to exceed a predetermined angle, existence of sitting on the seat 21c positioned behind the seat 21a is detected by a sitting detection part 18c. Further, when non-sitting is detected, the back rest 21m of the seat 21a inclined so as to exceed the predetermined angle is reset to original attitude. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
