FIELD: production of drying agents for drying chambers. SUBSTANCE: heater has centrifugal rotor as well as inlet and outlet control devices. Outlet control device is, essentially, rectangular-section diffuser closed on one end with flat wall and on other one, with drying- chamber wall. Diffuser channel is divided by means of partitions into a number of diffusing ducts. Partitions in diffuser channel may be equally spaced apart or arranged at different distances.
