Rotation scanner as well as method for scanning a body and a method of print proofing of a body

The scanner (1) has a camera (2), and a focal area via which a surface area (8) of a body (5) to be scanned is guided. The surface area of the body is guided to an optical system for a scanning process in a rotation movement such that the surface area passes the focal area. The system is fit using application force. An attachment roller (3) rotates the body around a rotation axis (7), where the rotation axis exhibits a component aligned parallel to the optical system. The focal area is arranged on an attachment side of a sample area (9) under consideration of the application force. An independent claim is also included for a method for verifying an imprint of a body.
