PURPOSE: A low noise receiving device for switching an amplification mode and a bypass mode according to the intensity of the input signal is provided to reduce the loss of the bypass signal in the bypass mode and reduce a number of output matching circuits. CONSTITUTION: A low noise receiving device includes an amplification mode and a bypass mode. An amplifier(1) amplifies the received input signal. An output matching circuit(6) is connected between the amplifier and the output terminal and matches the impedance of the output end of the amplifier. A bypass circuit(3) includes the output bypassing amplifier and is connected to the output end of the output matching circuit.
