PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the muddiness of sea water when constructing sand and rubble compaction pile in the sea and a construction method of the sand and rubble compaction pile(PSC construction method) are provided to facilitate the installation and dismantlement and to efficiently prevent the muddiness and diffusion of clay minute particles. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing the muddiness of sea water when constructing sand and rubble compaction pile in the sea includes a diffusion prevention device(50). The diffusion prevention device is inserted to the outer circumference of a casing pipe(30). The diffusion prevention device is composed of a floc cohesion and collection space portion(52), an air bubble guidance portion(54), and an air bubble discharge hole(56). The floc cohesion and collection space portion collects cohesive floc and makes the floc in which the specific gravity grows larger settled. The air bubble guidance portion is installed to the surface of the water. The air bubble discharge hole is formed near the air bubble guidance portion rising to the water. The air bubble discharge hole discharges air bubbles(54a) passing the air bubble guidance portion. |
