MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOW TEMPERATURE COFIRED CERAMICS MODULE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) module is provided to prevent impregnation of a glass inside an electrode layer by coating a fixed compound on a surface of a powder of an electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: An LTCC module includes a top metal oxide layer, a bottom metal oxide layer, a sacrificial glass layer(300), and an electrode layer(400). The sacrificial glass layer is embedded to the top metal oxide layer and the bottom metal oxide layer. The electrode layer is printed on a surface of the top metal oxide layer and the bottom metal oxide layer, and is made of silver, palladium, or mixture thereof. An electrode powder of the electrode layer is coated by compound. A wet angle of the compound about the sacrificial glass is larger than a wet angle of the metal oxide about the sacrificial glass. The compound is BaTiO5.
