PURPOSE: A header base structure of a lithium battery is provided to prevent the damage of products even though errors are generated during a battery manufacturing process, to reduce production cost, and to improve the reliability of products. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing a secondary stopper(400) separated from an electrolyte inlet(110) from contacting with a positive electrode(300) comprises: a primary method for varying a structure of a header base(120) around an electrolyte inlet; and a second method for adjusting the relation of the thickness of glass(200) and the size of secondary cap, wherein the thickness of glass determines the distance of a pin as a positive electrode terminal from an inside hole of the header base as a negative electrode. |
