摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the yeot containing strawberries is provided to improve the taste, flavor, color and preference of yeot by using strawberries. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the yeot containing strawberries comprises the steps of washing strawberry and slicing by a thickness of 1~2cm; freezing the strawberry at -30~-40°C for 24~48 hours; freeze-drying it at -70~-80°C for 24~48 hours; pulverizing it; washing grains, dipping it in water for 6~8 hours, and making the hard-boiled rice by using a steamer; adding malt water to the hard-boiled rice and sugaring it at 30~50°C for 6~12 hours; filtering it and concentrating it at 110~130°C for 3~6 hours to make a malt yeot; maturing it at 40~50°C for 3~5 hours; adding a strawberry powder to the matured malt yeot and mixing them; stretching the mixed yeot and piling it up, and repeating the two processes 7-10 times; mixing a corn starch and a strawberry powder in a ratio of 5:1 by weight; and coating the outer surface of the mixed yeot with the powder, drying it at 120~150°C, and re-coating it with the powder.
