PURPOSE: A bed-form thermal therapy device is provided, which improves performance of a heat stimulating device as a thermotherapy device. CONSTITUTION: A bed-form thermal therapy device comprises a meditation far infrared ray heating element(6) which is built in a back plate support part(4) of a mattress form and continuously massages the back and back bone by the generated heat; a leg support area(5) which is expanded to the rear of the back plate support part; a heat stimulating device(2) which is installed in the back plate support part to be movable and obtains the finger pressure and thermotherapy effect by coming into contact with the human body; and a heat stimulating device(3) which is installed in the leg support part of the mattress form.
