摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impairing of the reflecting characteristic even under high temperature environment by comprising a Ni layer formed on a reflection surface formed into the recessed shape corresponding to the partial shape of a surface of a rotary elliptic body, and an Au layer formed on the Ni layer. SOLUTION: A base 12 is formed as a molding of a polycarbonate resin, and a recessed reflection surface 12a is formed on a part of a rectangular solid. The reflection surface 12a is formed into the recessed shape corresponding to the partial shape of a surface of a rotary elliptic body. A Ni layer 14 is formed on the whole surface of the reflection surface 12a of the base 12, and an Au layer 16 is formed on the whole surface of the Ni layer 14. As a layer formed between the base 12 and the Au layer 16, is made of Ni, the cracking of the Ni layer 14 can not be found even under high temperature environment. As a result, the deterioration of the reflection characteristic can not be found even under high temperature environment. Further by forming the reflection surface into the recessed shape, the expanded light emitted from one of focal points of the rotary elliptic body can be efficiently focused on the other focal point.
