PURPOSE: A system and a method thereof for objective data which is collected from an RFID tag and the quality state by analyzing object are provided to secure the reliability of agricultural product in ubiquitous environment through the RFID tag. CONSTITUTION: In case a user terminal(100) is connected, a shopping mall server(120) transmits a product recommendation request message to a recommended server(140). In case the recommendation of product require-message is received from the shopping mall server, the product recommended server obtains the decreasing function. The user profile is obtained by using the decreasing function obtaining and user shopping behavior information. The product recommended server offers the recommended product list pitching to the user terminal.
