PURPOSE: An air blow inlet device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement beautiful appearance as reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: An air blow inlet device comprises a wing(4) and a frame. The frame comprises a plurality of side plates(2,3). The plural side plates include a hole for installing the wing. After a long part formed in a part of the plural side plates is inserted into the hole of the side plates, the long part is caulked.
