FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: safety valve contains casing with access port for communication with cavity of pipeline and output channel for connection to drain channel, installed in cavity of casing spring-controlled piston with sluice for overlap of access port and hydropneumatic pressure accumulator. Hydraulic cavity of the latter is connected by channel to cavity. Cavity is formed by guide cylinder and parallel portion of piston. Piston is implemented in the form of two cylindrical hollow divided by partition parts and installed with ability of movement lengthwise internal or external walls of guide cylinder. The latter is waterproof fixed on casing. Removed from guide cylinder hollow cylindrical part of piston forms sluice. Co-axial to it is located saddle in the form of cylinder, waterproof connected to part of casing. This part forms entrance channel. Forming saddle cylinder is installed co-axial to guide cylinder and allows openings. These openings are overlapped by sluice and communicate to output channel at the moment of its opening. Hydraulic cavity of hydropneumatic accumulator is connected by channel to cavity, formed by guide cylinder and cylindrical part of piston. In mentioned channel it is installed swing-check gate with opening of specified diametre. Swing-check gate is implemented with ability of opening by escaping from valve by flow of liquid at opening of valve and closing by entering into valve flow of liquid at closing of valve. ^ EFFECT: reliability growth of valve operation of valve and its technical and operational properties, removal of hydraulic oscillation of liquid and stagnant eddy zone. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
