FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for cutting different materials and can be used for cutting metal structures in hard-to-reach points. The device comprises a body with levers pivotally mounted on it and having blades on their ends and a levers swinging mechanism connected to a double-faced wedge piece by a rod with the wedge piece interacting with the free lever ends. The double-faced wedge piece is fitted by a heating element and is made from the material with shape memory effect which is able of increasing the cross dimensions at heating and ensuring the additional load on the material being cut. ^ EFFECT: expanded functionality, increased productivity. ^ 1 dwg
