FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: in method of manufacturing of foam polymer heat insulation on pipes, including installation of insulated pipe in metal mold, made by hingedly joined segments of pipes, filling of gap between pipe and mold with hardening heat-insulating mixture, further exposure until mixture hardens and mold removal, to facilitate air exhaust and reduce formation of fin, prior to heat insulation mixture pouring, insert is installed in mould from sheet material with width that provides for coverage of its long edges with an overlap, and pouring is executed into gap between insert and pipe. ^ EFFECT: facilitates air exhaust from filled gap and reduced formation of fin. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
