PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated film which is formed from: a base film having an alicyclic structure-containing polymer film layer or a (meth)acrylic based resin film layer on the uppermost surface of at least one side of the base film; and an urethane resin layer and which, when laminated onto another optical film, in particular, a polarizer and used, has satisfactory adhesiveness with the laminated other film while maintaining characteristics as an optical material even when the laminated film has a heat history exposed under a high temperature and, and to provide the laminated film manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing laminated film includes a process of applying a water dispersion material including an aqueous urethane resin prepared by neutralizing at least a part of acid structure contained in an acid structure-containing aqueous urethane resin with a nonvolatile base onto the surface of the film layer of the base film which has the alicyclic structure-containing polymer film layer or the (meth)acrylic based resin film layer on the uppermost surface of at least one side of the base film.
