<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing recording medium taking-out performance from getting worse, even when mounting a function expansion device on the image forming apparatus provided with a paper sheet ejection block projected outward from one side face of an image forming apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: The function expansion device 17 includes an attaching plate 18 provided detachably in one side face of a casing 12, and a function expansion device body mounted on an upper face of the attaching plate 18, the attaching plate 18 is positioned in an upper side of the paper sheet ejection block 15, and a front face of the attaching plate 18 is positioned in a rear side of the conveying-directional center line O of a recording paper sheet S of minimum size ejected to the paper sheet ejection block 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
