PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing tank device and a flush toilet stool capable of washing the stool satisfactorily. SOLUTION: This washing tank device 10 provided on the flush toilet stool is provided with a washing tank body 11 provided with a drain port 12 communicating with a stool body 1 having a stool drain passage 3 communicating with a stool bowl 2 and the downstream side of the stool bowl 2. The drain port 12 is opened and closed by a float valve 20. Washing water is supplied into the washing tank body 11 by a ball tap 30. The washing tank body 11 has a first storing part 14 and a second storing part 15. The second storing part 15 is divided into an upper storing part 15A and a lower storing part 15B by a bulkhead 16 provided with a first communicating hole 16A passing through it. The lower storing part 15B is communicated with the first storing part 14, and the upper storing part 15A can be connected with the stool drain passage 3 through an intake and exhaust passage 8.
