<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-decomposition transfer material which is excellent on insulation and includes a black mill base satisfying a suitable light-shielding property, an insulating film formed by a photo-lithography by using the light-decomposition transfer material, and an organic light-emitting element including the insulating film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light-decomposition transfer material having the black mill base containing an alkali-soluble resin, a diazide based photosensitive compound, a pigment mixture capable of substantially showing a black tone, and a binder resin is provided.
