<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing device in which search can be simply performed from a desired track position even when numerical aid keys of "0" to "9" are not completed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When information of a track number selected arbitrarily is reproduced, a mode is switched to a numerical input mode by a mode switching button 4, a column position of a focus state in which numerical input can be performed by focus movement tuning knob 1 is moved UP/DOWN, numerical input limit 2a, 2b, 2c of columns which can display also the maximum value of a track number are displayed on a display part 2, while a column position in the focus state is highlighted, a numeral preset to any one of numerical aid keys 5a to 5f is input to the column position of the focus state. When the target numeral does not exist in the numeral aid keys 5a to 5f, after a numeral being closest to the target numeral is input by the numeral aid key, the input numeral is moved UP/DOWN from SPACE or a numeral set to the column position of the focus state by numerical tuning knob 3 to the target numeral.
