<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure that does not require a large device, has low operation cost, facilitates installation work such as machining, has less restrictions on the place to install, has an effect on moisture at the level of a small waterdrop, and keeps the effect for a long time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A net-like sheet is stuck on the front face of the construct from which waterdrop is to be removed. The sheet is stuck by point bonding using hot bond at positions shown by 202. Therefore, a large region of the sticking face is not adhered, and has a slight clearance formed by thickness of the adhesive. The waterdrop adhering to the construct 101 flows down to the bottom of the construct along a mesh-like channel formed by capillarity caused by the clearance formed between the net-like sheet and the surface of the construct.
