<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the concentration profile of specific matter in a concrete structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a method for measuring the concentration profile of specific matter, concrete cores 50 are extracted from a concrete structure 10, and specific X-rays generated by radiation irradiation are detected to measure the concentration profile of specific matter in the concrete cores 50. The diameter D mm and number n of the concrete cores 50 extracted from one extraction section of the concrete structure satisfy the relations 30≤D×n and D≤50. It is thereby possible to accurately determine the concentration profile of specific matter. It is sufficient to extract three concrete cores 50 or more, for example, in the case of measuring the concentration profile of specific matter in a concrete core 50 having a diameter of 10 mm, and it is sufficient to extract two concrete cores or more in the case of measuring the concentration of a concrete core 50 having a diameter of 25 mm.
