PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head in which it is possible to easily carry out the electrical connections with an FPC, etc. by parallelly installing connection electrodes from each of channels on the edge part of the back surface of a harmonica type head chip in which a plurality of rows of channels are provided, all the channels being ejecting channels. SOLUTION: On the back surface of a head chip 1 having a plurality of rows of channels (row A and row b), the connection electrodes 14A for row A that are electrically connected to the drive electrodes 13 of the channels 12 of row A are arranged, first connection electrodes 14B<SB>1</SB>for row B that are electrically connected to the drive electrodes 13 of the channels 12 of row B are arranged between the rows of channels of row A and the rows of channels of row B, and also, between neighboring connection electrodes 14A for row A, second connection electrodes 14B<SB>2</SB>for row B are separately placed from the first connection electrodes 14B<SB>1</SB>for row B, the first connection electrodes 14B<SB>1</SB>and the second connection electrodes 14B<SB>2</SB>are connected electrically by wirings 32, and the wirings 32 are in contact only with the first connection electrodes 14B<SB>1</SB>and the second connection electrodes 14B<SB>2</SB>, and not with the back surface of the head chip.
