PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe or analyze the impact exerted on the internal structure of an inspection target equal to an actual product by applying the impact to the inspection target. SOLUTION: The impact is applied to the inspection target 4 in the X-ray beam 9 emitted from an X-ray generator 1 and the X-ray transmitted image being the X-ray intensity distribution transmitted through the inspection target 4 is continuously photographed at a speed of≥100 frames/sec by an X-ray detector 3 with a high-speed camera 11 and converted to a digital transmitted image to be recorded. The recorded digital transmitted image is animatedly displayed at a slow motion speed reduced from the speed of≥100 frames/sec in a predetermined ratio by display means 8 and 13 to observe the state of the internal structure of the inspection target.
