PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vehicular steering device having excellent mountability on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A power circuit 82 for supplying the power to an electric motor 18 includes a three-phase bridge type motor driving circuit 201. The output circuit of each phase in the motor driving circuit 201 is a series circuit 300 constituted by arranged two sets in series, each set consisting of an FET 83 and a diode 205 arranged in parallel. A snubber circuit 200 is connected to each FET 83 in parallel. Each snubber circuit 200 includes a resistor 206 and a capacitor 207 connected in series. The motor driving circuit 201 and the snubber circuit 200 are mounted on a power board 78 as a single circuit board.
