<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pouched liquid food with which delicious cooked dish using chicken or fish and shellfish, and vegetables such as Chinese cabbage and broccoli while the blending quantity of oil and fat is controlled to regulate calories. <P>SOLUTION: The pouched liquid food 1 includes edible oil and fat, flavor oil and/or seasoning blended with spice which intensifies oil and fat flavor, and is obtained by hermetically filling liquid food 30 in a pouch 10 followed by subjecting the food to retort treatment; charging solid ingredients 20 such as meat, fish and shellfish, vegetables and the like in the pouch 10; and cooking the solid ingredients with a microwave oven to obtain a cooked dish. The pouch 10 has a zipper part 13 comprising a charging port for the vegetables 20, and a steam-releasing mechanism 17 discharging steam during cooking time with the microwave oven. The liquid surface of the liquid material when taking a posture for putting the solid ingredients 20 in the pouch 10 to be cooked with the microwave oven corresponds to the height of (1/10) to (1/2) of the one ranging from the bottom end to the upper end of the ingredients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
