<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulator device for operation training, which enables a user to easily create and edit operation information to be the evaluation standards in plant operation training. <P>SOLUTION: In an operation training supporting device 10, an operation information-collecting section 2 collects operation information including: the names and operation contents of plant equipment operated by a user with a training terminal 1; an operation history-creating section 3 creates an operation history flow on the basis of the operation information obtained from the operation information-collecting section 2; an evaluation standard operation registration section 4 registers, according to the user's instruction and as evaluation standard operation information, an optional operation history flow created by the operation history-creating section 3; an operation procedure evaluation section 5 compares user's operation information with the evaluation standard operation information registered in the evaluation standard operation registration section 4 to evaluate the user's operation.
