PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) molding by which thickness of a resin on an uppermost surface can be quickly and uniformly controlled. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 1 of the FRP molding, which includes a rotary portion 53 for rotating a rotor 50 at a predetermined speed and a winding portion 40 for winding up two or more layers of fiber F impregnated with a resin around the rotor 50, is provided. After winding the fiber F impregnated with the resin, the rotary portion 53 rotates the rotor 50 at speed higher than that when winding to disperse at least a part of the resin 511 on the uppermost surface of the fiber F impregnated with the resin from the rotor 50.
