A device to prevent theft or other unauthorized removal of computer towers which contains the hard-drive. The protective device slides over the computer tower an d is then bolted to the floor with tamper-proof bolts. The device contains the comput er at all edges and corners and is open at all sides allowing access to openings on the co mputer and air-flow for cooling purposes. The device comprises a frame of a box with th e bottom side flanging out instead of in, therefore allowing it to slide over the compute r. The flanged out surface has a number of holes in it through which the device is bolt ed to the floor. The bolts have a special shaped head which cannot be removed by means of a common socket or wrench.
