PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance center device and an elevator control device for remotely monitoring a plurality of kinds of elevators. SOLUTION: This maintenance center device 1 has a database (PC12) for recording and managing the error content of at least a maintenance object and a classification of a control communication module on a plurality of respective elevators of the maintenance object, a first remote communication means (a PHS14 and a control part 11) for communicating with a remote communication device (a PHS32) arranged on the elevator side, a first control communication module selecting means (a selector 15) for selecting the classification of the control communication module suitable for an elevator control board of the maintenance object by specifying the classification of the control communication module from the database (PC12) on the elevator 38 of the maintenance object, an elevator control board 37 of the maintenance object by the selected control communication module, and maintenance computers (MC1-3) for establishing communication control by a data mode.
