<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device preventing wear-out in a fastening portion for fastening a hub to a shaft, reducing a component cost and reducing assembling man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: In the power transmission device for transmitting a rotational force via the hub to the shaft of a driven unit, a fastening means for connecting the hub and the shaft has: a nut screwed to a threaded portion formed at the end of the shaft; a plate tightened to the shaft by the nut; and a connection means for connecting the plate and the hub.
