PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration electric power generator capable of obtaining electric power without causing any loss to running energy by utilizing vibrations caused during running of a bicycle. SOLUTION: The vibration electric power generator includes: an iron core 10 having a coil 11 wound therearound; a magnet member 20 relatively moved with respect to the iron core 10 by the vibrations caused during the running of the bicycle; and nonmagnetic members 30A, 30B fixed to the iron core 10 and being in close contact with the magnetic member 20. A plurality of magnets 21 to 28 are stacked such that identical poles face each other. State switching is realized by the vibrations caused during the running of the bicycle between a state in which a protrusion 13A of the iron core 10 is attracted and brought into contact with a north pole magnetism collecting/permeative plates 23A, 25A, 27A and a protrusion 13B of the iron core 10 is attracted and brought into contact with a south pole magnetism collecting/permeative plates 22A, 24A, 26A, 28A, and a state in which the protrusion 13B is attracted and brought into contact with the north pole magnetism collecting/permeative plates 23A, 25A, 27A and the protrusion 13A is attracted and brought into contact with the south pole magnetism collecting/permeative plates 22A, 24A, 26A, 28A.
