<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when a label is stuck onto an object where a plurality of recessed parts and projected parts are alternately formed, especially when stuck onto the recessed part, the label cut so as to be tailored to the recessed part is individually stuck onto the recessed part accordingly and when there are many objects, a lot of time and labor are required. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An imitating sheet is used for performing, in a short period of time, two or more measurement works of the object where the plurality of recessed parts and projected parts are alternately formed. In order to perform check with more simplicity and more accuracy, the imitating sheet is brought into contact with the object and a pressing member presses the imitating sheet toward the object. Thereby positions of object ruggedness can be beautifully imitated without incurring position deviation and further formed prescribed information can be recognized.
