PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom ventilating drying heater capable of bringing a terminal block into a usable state in the direction suitable for connecting work of wiring after installed at an installation site. SOLUTION: This bathroom ventilating drying heater 1A includes the terminal block 2A rotatably supported on a support shaft 22, on a top face section 13 of a main body section 10A. The terminal block 2A is fixed by a terminal block fixing plate 3A. The terminal block fixing plate 3A is provided with fixing holes 31L, 31R, 31C to which fixing pins 23 formed on the terminal block 2A are fitted, on its top plate section 30U, slotted holes extending in the direction to insert and separate the fixing holes 31L, 31R, 31C to the fixing pins 23, are formed on a first side plate section 30L and a second side plate section 30R, and the terminal block 2A is made rotatable by lifting the first side plate section 30L or the second side plate section 30R by loosening screws fastened to the slotted holes.
