The female part (1) has an articulation unit including a bore (52) with a thread (52A) formed in a distal part of a reception zone (5). A female connection element (3) is associated to a nut (31) that is screwed in or unscrewed outside the bore. The nut rotatably moves around the female element between distal and proximal axial stops e.g. shoulder and flange (34, 35) which are integrated to the female element. A ring (32) screwed on the female element includes a distal surface (35B) that is articulated with a proximal surface (31B) of the nut.
