PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of repeating processings until an image filter 20 suitable for changing an image to be converted into a target image. SOLUTION: This image processor forms an image filter by combining a plurality of filter components for converting input images into output images, respectively. This image processor includes a plurality of filter storage sections for storing a group of a plurality of mutually different image filters, a filter forming section for repeating the processing of forming a part of at least one image filter stored in each filter storage section by at least a part of another image filter stored in the filter storage section to form a new image filter and storing it in the filter storage section, and a filter moving section for storing at least one image filter stored in one filter storage section into another filter storage section.
