<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg separator capable of sequentially and efficiently separating a large amount of egg into albumen and yolk without the need of any skills such as those by handwork, without mixing of yolk and albumen by mistake. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The egg separator is configured such that sliding slopes 2a (2b, 2c) are equipped with yolk guide rails 3 having an albumen-flowing-out space G with a predetermined space interval g between the sliding slope 2a (2b, 2c). The respective gradients of the slidign slopes 2a, 2b and 2c are defined in such a manner that albumen and yolk dropped at an upper positions 5 of the sliding slopes 2a (2b, 2c) slide down on the surfaces of the sliding slopes, the albumens flow out via the space G, while the yolk slides down along the yolk guide rails 3.
