PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition which is excellent in a bubble quality and rinsability, and whose viscosity can easily be adjusted. SOLUTION: Provided is a skin cleanser composition comprising the following components (A) and (B): (A) 5 to 30 mass% of a sulfate type surfactant represented by the following general formula (1): RO-(PO)<SB>m</SB>(EO)<SB>n</SB>SO<SB>3</SB>M [wherein, R is an 8-24C alkyl group; PO is a propyleneoxy group; EO is an ethyleneoxy group; m and n are the average addition mole numbers of PO and EO, respectively, provided that 0<m<1, and 0<n≤2.3; M is a cation], and (B) an anionic surfactant except the sulfate type surfactant.
