<p>A heat exchanging device and a cabinet are disclosed and the heat exchanging device includes a heat exchanging core (70), an interior circulating fan (62) and an exterior circulating fan (64), a buried pipe (80), a controlling valve (90) and a conduit (78). The heat exchanging core (70) includes a casing (71), an interior circulating channel (72) and an exterior circulating channel (74). The casing (71) is provided with an interior circulating air inlet, an interior circulating air outlet, an exterior circulating air inlet and an exterior circulating air outlet. An interior circulating air passage is consisted of the interior circulating air inlet, the interior circulating fan (62), the interior circulating channel (72) and the interior circulating air outlet. The conduit (78) is connected with the exterior circulating channel (74) and the exterior circulating inlet. The conduit (78) is provided with a terrestrial heat tube interface (82) and the interface (82) is connected with the buried pipe (80). The controlling valve (90) is set between the exterior circulating air outlet and the terrestrial heat tube interface (82). The cabinet comprises the heat exchanging device mentioned above.</p> |
