PURPOSE: A method for producing rice beer in which a special crop is hid is provided to improve anti-oxidation in a low price. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing rice beer comprises: a step of eluting saccharifying enzyme by dipping mixture crop in a water; a step of gelatinizing and saccharifying the mixture crop; a step of inactivating then filtering; a step of adding hop; a step of adding extract of crop for special purpose; and a step of addying and fermenting the yeast.
