<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a frequency of replacement of cooling fans when the cooling fans are arranged in a device including a built-in electronic component. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cooling fan controller A includes in-use and standby cooling fans 4 and 5 disposed in the device including the built-in electronic component, and a fan control board controlling those in-use and standby cooling fans 4 and 5. The fan control board has a control unit 75. The control unit 75 is provided with an alternate operation command unit 75a which makes the in-use and standby cooling fans 4 and 5 operate by turns.
