<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce process time of a laser welding in a laser welding method, and to provide a welded member formed by the welding method and a laser welding system. <P>SOLUTION: When stopping a laser irradiation device, laser irradiation is started toward a welding point at a deceleration area A2-A3 during movement, and a laser irradiation means is stopped while laser irradiation is continued.
