<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficient printing of an object image under the condition that the lowering of the quality of a printed image is suppressed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In order to realize the efficient printing of the object image under the condition that the lowering of the printed image is suppressed by selecting printing conditions based on the frequency spectra of the object image by printing equipment, a storage part 52 memorizes respectively a plurality of printing conditions including the moving speeds of a base material caused by a conveying part 27 and recording resolutions in scanning direction as printing condition data 521 and a spectrum acquiring part 512 acquires frequency spectra in the direction corresponding to the scanning direction of the object image and a printing condition selecting part 513 selects a printing condition including the more lower recording resolution among a plurality of the printing conditions the more lower the value of the typical frequency obtained from among the frequency spectra of the object image becomes so as to print the object image by controlling a head 3 and the conveying part 27 according to the selected printing conditions.
