<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component and an optical apparatus which can obtain favorable optical characteristics. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical component includes a transmission portion 34 having light a transmission property, a vibration portion 42 provided on one surface 34a of the transmission portion, a first portion 44a provided on a surface 42b opposite to the surface of the transmission portion where the vibration portion is provided, a second portion 44b provided on the other surface 34b opposite to the above surface of the transmission portion, and a member 44 having a third portion 44c for connecting the first and second portions.
